 Does the Xerosox really work?
Yes, as long as there is a size to fit properly and the product is used and applied properly.
Is the CastSox the same as the Xerosox?
No, the CastSox is for keeping exposed toes warm and covered.
Can the Seal-Tight be used more than once?
Yes, if used properly it should last the entire length of time you are casted.
Will my order ship out today?
Yes, as long as your order is placed by 3:00pm pacific time.
What is the difference between the Seal-Tight and Xerosox?
The Xerosox can be submerged completely, the Seal-Tight deflects the water and cannot be submerged.
Where is your office located?
We are in Corona, California.
If my thumb is casted will the Xerosox work for me?
Not usually. When the thumb is casted the Xerosox cannot stretch enough to get over the thumb and still be tight enough to keep the water out.
When I placed my Xerosox order I received an order confirmation stating, "All CastSox items ship out for ground delivery only." Does this include the Xerosox item?
No, the Xerosox is not a CastSox item.
What if there is any additional shipping charges due to my location or weight of package?
We will notify you of any changes or additional charges to your order via the phone and/or email to request your authorization prior to any charges being captured on your credit card.
If I place my order on Friday before 3:00pm and select next day delivery will I receive my order on Saturday?
No, the weekend is not counted as regular shipping days. You would have to select Saturday Express Delivery to receive your order on Saturday. This service is not available for all location's. Again, we will notify you of any discrepancies.
